With experience spanning over 7 years in the Burn ecosystem, I am Jazlyn Rae—the driving force behind Solaris Consulting. My journey has been multifaceted, with a background starting in Childwatch, then Burn Ambassador, Operations Manager, FP Assistant, and most recently Marketing Director. Having played an integral part in managing six locations with over 80 employees.
